Utilizing this experience, we develop Integrated Facility Management (IFM) businesses such as cleaning, security, equipment procurement, etc. Based onthe IFM (Integrated Facility Management) contract between our company and the customer, you will be in charge of overall facility management and reception work at the Nagoya branch of a foreign pharmaceutical company.Job DescriptionYou will be stationed at the client’s office in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, and will be in charge of general management centred on facility management work. There is support, such as a leader, so you can work with peace of mind.In the future, it is possible to aim for a team leader by accumulating a wide range of facility-related experience.*On-site work is scheduled to start around December 2024. - Visitor reception
- Telephone answering
- Security card management
- Meeting room/reception room management
- Lost property management
[Facility/equipment management work]
- Minor repair work (air conditioner adjustment, cleaning, light bulb replacement, personal locker allocation, etc.)
- Communication with building maintenance companies related to building and office equipment, management of partner companies and vendors
- Cleaning, security work (cooperating companies) management, management
