You will be stationed at a well-known major foreign-affiliated company or a rapidly growing SME and will be in charge of general back-office operations centered on facility management and general affairs. This time, I will be assigned to a significant global e-commerce site and a company that handles healthcare products.

- Creating materials, dealing with troubles (lost items/temporary inquiries), office equipment management
- Responding to employees and customers entering and exiting the building, responding to phone calls
- Email service and responding to incoming and outgoing shipments
- Issuing POs (order forms) , various billing processing operations
- reception and security card-related management and response
- periodic inspection plan scrutiny conducted by vendors, safe work confirmation, inspection result review
