Utilizing this experience, we develop Integrated Facility Management (IFM) businesses such as cleaning, security, equipment procurement, etc. We are realizingBased on the global IFM (Integrated Facility Management) contract between our company and the customer, you will be in charge of overall facility management at the Tokyo headquarters of a foreign pharmaceutical company. In addition to management work, we will also make various proposals to improve the client’s work environment.[Overall facility management work]　

• Troubleshooting of buildings, bases, tenant facilities, etc., response to malfunction repair requests to subcontractors of partner companies
• Other emergencies/disaster response and safety measures management
• Security system management adjustment
• HVAC system (heating・Adjustment of ventilation and air conditioning)
• Lightwork and various maintenance inoffice space- Support for office relocation, change, and renovation- Work management and supervision of external companies and partner companies- Member management work, on-site manager assistance work – Other facilities Various suggestions for improvement, etc.
