As a Senior Sales Team member, you will report to the Head of Sales DACH, and your mission is to subscribe to new Restaurant and Hotel groups in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with Restaurant- and Hotel groups in DACH
  2. Identify potential customers on international, national, and local levels
  3. Liaise with decision makers on all levels up to C Level
  4. Establish an ongoing sales strategy for proactively building brand awareness to the addressable markets and showing presence at significant industry events, physically and online
  5. Make the approach, the negotiation, and conclude the agreement
  6. A strategic approach to groups and establishing an effective and maximum conversion
  7. Deep diving into the industry to gain knowledge about interrelationships, structures, decision-making-channels
  8. Become the reliable contact person to the relevant decision-makers
  9. Acting as Brand Ambassador for TheFork in DACH Region
  10. Creating a network of decision-makers in the DACH region.

Skills and Experience

  1. A self-driven and assertive personality able to negotiate with top decision makers of the industry
  2. A results-oriented person who wants to exceed targets and become the best in class
  3. Strong sales hunter skills and proof of former successes in the industry
  4. A high-performing professional with demonstrated business development experience, preferably in
  5. B2B and in restaurants/hospitality environments, comfortable in managing mid- and long-term negotiations
  6. Good knowledge of the market and a network to benefit from
  7. A dynamic person used to working independently in fast-paced environments, with excellent organizational skills, and who sees their target just as the beginning of the journey
  8. Willing to travel a lot within the DACH region and preferably based in Hamburg or another major German city
  9. Fluent in German and English.
