Responsibilities

1. Independent processing of financial accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting)
2. Checking, account assignment and posting of incoming invoices and preparation and execution of electronic payment transactions
3. Bank postings and account maintenance and reconciliation
4. Dunning and receivables management and application for tax certificates
5. Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
6. Support in the preparation of advance sales tax returns, ZM reports and internal reports

Qualifications

1. A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable studies
2. At least 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting
3. Good user skills in MS Office
4. SAP FI knowledge is an advantage
5. Very good knowledge of German, as well as good written and spoken English
6. A careful, structured and independent way of working
7. Sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
