The Financial Planning & Analysis Team of McMakler is responsible for planning and controlling all relevant financial KPIs.

As (a Junior) FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for planning and controlling all significant cost categories and act as a sparring partner for our Budget Owners.

You enjoy ownership of initiatives and project work and also close collaboration & communication with various internal and external stakeholders.

Furthermore, you can use your process improvement and analytical skills to drive the development and improvement of financial processes and procedures within the Finance Department of McMakler.

Tasks

• Enabling their Senior Leadership team to make valuable decisions
• Driving financial projects such as a KPI dashboard or an aligned reporting landscape
• Being responsible for monthly financial reports
• Help in planning budgets and controlling them
• Becoming the financial business partner for their Budget Owners
• Supporting cross-functional projects such as workforce planning or revenue forecasting

Qualifications

• You hold a degree (Bachelor, Master) in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent, and you gained your first experience in the field.
• You have a profound knowledge of Budgeting, Controlling, financial modelling and reporting.
• You have advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (experience with G-suite tools is a plus)
• You have a vital process and analytical skills to deliver great data-driven analyzes.
• You are hands-on, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-changing environment and handle tasks simultaneously.
• You are excited about finding innovative solutions to improve existing processes while keeping a customer-centric mindset.
• You are Fluent in both German and English
