FARM Rio is a global fashion and lifestyle brand that captures the true essence of Brazil. Founded as a small booth at a marketplace in Rio back in 1997, the brand now has more than 100 stores around the country, stores in the US and Europe too. We are landing in Le Marais to invite people to dress in happiness with our first standalone in Paris.
We’re looking for a creative and inspiring person to join us in Le Marais as our Manager, starting in May.
What we´re looking for:
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Interest in fashion and/or arts in general
- Strong sales experience
- People Management and Leadership
- Employee Training
- Fluency in both English and French
- Ability to engage with clients and create a WOW experience
- Basic computer skills such as Shopify, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word…)
You´ll be responsible for:
- Analyzing and following up sales and KPI’s to take wise actions to grow results
- Communicating with the District Team regarding store allocations to secure a good garment level to support the selling
- Ensuring the store execution meets the brand standards on a daily basis
- Implementing and following up on the store operations
- Ensuring the maintenance in the store is managed in a cost-efficient way
- Actively prevent loss together with the store team, ensuring that all appropriate audit guidelines are being followed
- Performing store operations (store appearance, cleanliness, and stock organization)
- Leading team with compassion and understanding while delivering strong sales results
- Motivating the team with branding and product knowledge
