Job Description

You will be responsible for the following operations related to investment vehicles (mainly TMK and GK).We expect you to lead the team at the manager level, such as work allocation and training.

• Assistance from the establishment to asset acquisition (closing)
• Seal processing for seed contracts, minutes, etc., and organization of data files
• Confirmation of accuracy and completeness of expense payment processing and management of account balance
• Creation of Cash Management report (image of a detailed ledger of expenses paid)
• Control of various notifications (legal and tax)
• Financial Analysis and Calculation of Expected Dividend Amount (Possible Capital Reduction)
• Legal procedures related to dividends and capital reductions and management of various submissions
• Review of balance trial balance and financial statements (using accounting magistrate). The actual bookkeeping is done at our Shanghai office.
• Constructing a consumption tax strategy (in principle, work together with a partner tax accountant)
• Assistance in preparing reports for investors (including analysis of investment performance)
• Communication with overseas funds investing in Japanese SPCs
• Dissolution/Liquidation Procedures

In addition to bookkeeping, we will differentiate ourselves from other accounting firms by providing middle-office services that existing accounting firms cannot handle.You can apply even if you do not have any of the above experience. You can experience not only bookkeeping work but also business-side operations. In addition, we will leave the appropriate work for those who want to aim for management.
