Head of Wealth Management(base Hong Kong)

Responsible for overall management and development of the RM/BD team for the private wealth sector, developing and implementing the business plans to achieve the business objectives

• In charge of all sales activities. Lead the sales team to identify products and services to meet the client’s needs, reflect on the company’s strategy based on the VRIO framework
• Explore new business opportunities. Work closely with the Product, Marketing team; to advise and develop new products to achieve strategic advantage
• Perform training and guidance to team members regularly
• Other Ad Hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree Holders
• Minimum 10-15 years of extensive experience in PB/WMC/HNW  sales management, including at least 5 years in a managing team position
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary
• Independent and passionate about the wealth management industry

Average Salary: HK$80,000
