1. Dispatch business support, settlement processing of dispatch expenses, dispatch contract management (contract creation and contract renewal confirmation)
2. Personnel department assistant・Department internal meeting support (meeting coordination and meeting minutes preparation)・Correspondence to new employees in the department and business travellers・Support for social activities, team building planning・Department expense management
3. Cooperation support for each department, personnel assistance work, etc.

Required Skills

Hope condition:

• HR experience is preferred, but HR experience is not required. Even inexperienced people are welcome.
• It is even better if you have three years or more of working experience and have experience accomplishing some kind of work by yourself.
• Have a spirit of hospitality, be serious and responsible, plan well and have strong time management skills.
• Those who are sensitive to numbers and good at communication.
