Qualifications

• They are looking for junior, intermediate and senior-level human resource consultants.
• The resource must have 5 (5=junior, 5-9=intermediate, 10+=senior) or more years of experience performing many of the following tasks:
• Develop guiding HR practices and principles.
• Conduct Recruitment and selection
• Conduct Performance Management and Evaluation.
• Develop Training and Development Programs.
• Reward and Recognition Programs.
• Coordinate Learning and Development initiatives, including identification of training needs,
• implementation of training plans and learning and development strategies.
• Undertake research and provide recommendations on HR initiatives.
• Consult, influence, communicate, and conduct team and workshop facilitation.
• Fluency in English and French will be considered an asset.
