Responsibilities

Your responsibilities and impact as IT Service Desk Agent will be:

1. Resolving any IT-related issues of your partners (B2B) that could occur during their office day
2. Supporting customer via different tools, email and phone
3. Documenting calls on the ticketing tool
4. Escalating problems to the different respective teams
5. Maintaining and improving the customer satisfaction level
6. Communicating to your direct teammates and different departments

• You speak Dutch and English fluently
