Requirements
- Minimum Experience Level: Over 3 years
- Career Level: Mid Career
- Minimum English Level: Business Level
- Minimum Japanese Level: Business Level
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
- Visa Status: Permission to work in Japan required
Required Skills
Educational background
- MSc preferred
Work experience
- New drug development regulatory affairs experience (5 years or more)
- Ability to formulate strategies for products in early to late development phases
Language
- English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC score of 730 or higher) for business communication with overseas pharmaceutical affairs departments. Business-level Japanese proficiency
Allowances: commuting expenses, rent subsidy, overtime allowance, etc.
Salary increase: In principle, once a year
Bonus: Twice a year in principle
Working hours: Headquarters (Chuo-ku, Tokyo/Chuo-ku, Osaka) 9:00-17:30, Factory (Hikari-shi, Yamaguchi/Yodogawa-ku, Osaka) 8:00-16:45, Laboratory (Fujisawa-shi, Kanagawa) ) 9:00-17:45
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, May Day, year-end, and New Year holidays (approximately 123 days per year)
Work-style related systems: Introduction of flextime system and telecommuting system (eligible employees)
Leave: Annual paid leave, special paid leave, refresh leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave for children, and nursing care leave.
Average Salary:¥5,783,562
