What is your role

Häagen-Dazs Shops are a very important part of brand business and the perfect way to connect with final consumers in a branded environment. We work closely with our partners, the franchisees, to deliver the best brand experience.

There are more than 860 Häagen-Dazs shops all over the world and counting…This is the perfect opportunity to be part of this growth.

We are looking for a proactive, effective and passionate intern that can bring to our team new ideas, good vibes and a willingness to achieve objectives.

Scope: Häagen-Dazs Shops in Iberia (Spain + Portugal + Malta) and LATAM (México, Panama, Dominican Republic, Aruba, Cayman Island, Trinidad & Tobago, Peru & Paraguay)

Support the Southern Europe & LATAM Marketing Manager and Brand Manager to adapt and implement HD Shops marketing & communication plan:

• Adapt, develop and ensure the implementation of the Point of Sales Materials to support our Core and seasonal Menus
• Work closely with the local Operation Managers to support Shops opening and renovation
• Participate in the local communication plan (SoMe, Influence…)
• Follow the Budget
• Track & analyze the performance of all marketing actions: Shops sales, new menu, calendar events, consumer comments, media, innovation, Home
• Delivery sales

What you will bring to the team

1. Fluent Spanish & English
2. Previous experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing in FMCG or Retail or Foodservice
3. Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
4. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
5. Passion for food and hospitality business
