Job Description

You will be working as an operations manager at “Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba,” which opened as the first foreign-affiliated brand hotel in Hakuba Village.■

The primary duties are as follows: ・

You will be involved in the hotel’s overall operation, regardless of departments, such as hotel accommodation, food and beverages.-
Responsible for overall management.
We believe that the more the scope of work that one person can do expands, the more we can provide seamless service on the spot without keeping guests waiting
.We are looking for people who can raise their skills and at the same time aim to improve guest satisfaction.
The 72-room hotel has various types, such as rooms with hot springs and rooms where you can stay with your dog.

At the restaurant “Dining & Bar LAVAROCK”, you can enjoy grilled dishes in an open space that is in harmony with the nature of Hakuba.

Required Skills

Requirements for application・Experience at the assistant manager level in hotel accommodation and food and drink, and those who want to become a manager in the future.・English skills above daily conversation (preferred)

Employment form: Full-time employee *If work location is limited, contract employee will be hired (full-time employee appointment system available)

Work location: Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba　2937, Hakuba-mura, Kitaazumi-gun, Hakuba, Nagano Prefecture

Salary: According to company regulations, depending on age and experience, We will give you preferential treatment.
