• Coordinates soft services activities and services to ensure quality and effectiveness.
• Organizes and follows soft services contractors such as custodial, food service, waste management, pest control, etc…
• Develops and deploys Soft Services metrics to ensure contracts correspond to the expected service level (contract management).
• Acts as an interface between Covance employees and soft services contractors. Supports the service provider in communicating with the various departments at the site to ensure smooth processes.
• Controls communication and any special assignments that may arise.
• Passes on suggestions for improvements to the objects and the services to the management.
• Promotes employee engagement through new services and activities.
• Proposes the soft services operational and ensures regular follow-up and reporting to management
• Prepares documents, work instructions, and SOPs for the different Facilities’ activity (incl. support to the technical team).
• Coordinates facilities support for the organization of different events (e.g.: employees’ parties, BBQ, etc…).

Security

• Supervises reception & security sub-contractor activities
• Surveys and reports on the application of securities policies and procedures
• Coordinates CMRP plan, testing and documentation for facilities

Metrology ad Interim

• Demonstrates a good understanding of the business needs and provides the most cost-effective metrology services to the operational groups.
• Responsible for coordinating the maintenance and development of the Labcorp maintenance management system TMS, acting as a site administrator for the system.
• Collaborate with internal customers to collect new assets’ data and charge them on TMS creating the associated maintenance schedules.
• Maintain general oversee on the maintenance and calibration plan of instruments and equipment (i.e.: machines validation and calibration) and warn the concerned department of any deviation delay from the recorded.
• Understands the relevance and check the completeness of the service provider’s data uploaded to the system by the instrument or equipment owner.
• Alert the management (facilities and department) in cases of repetitive deviation from the maintenance and calibration plan
