They are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Network Delivery Coordinator for the Network Operations team in one of our offices: Stockholm, Berlin, Hamburg, Gliwice, Katowice, or Amsterdam.

Your role

In your role, you will become part of a ‘technical Back Office’ supporting the lifecycle of network devices operated by Network Operations, Special & Security Operations, and network devices managed by our sourcing partner.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Entire Network delivery management

• receive and understand the customer request (related to existing standard solutions)
• select internal standard solution – eventually, with the support of a Network Engineer, compile the related offer
• initiate the related delivery process to order at suppliers or providers (e.g., place orders for stock items)
• monitor delivery time
• validate delivery (functional, financial, documentation)
• control final billing/reporting
• contribute to standard internal definitions.

Network device asset management

• ownership of the Network assets defined in the CMDB
• manage the ins and outs / maintain the content of asset CMDB fields
• maintain Cisco licenses and validate CMDB quality
• forecast Network lifecycles on device level related to budget planning
• create/ automate/ maintain related Network processes

Location

Stockholm, Berlin, Hamburg, Gliwice, Katowice or Amsterdam; your profile

Requirements:

• You can work at the bachelor’s or university level, open-minded and willing to learn.
• A background in IT and experience in supplier management are preferred
• You are familiar with relevant Network building blocks and technologies
• You have experience in IT process management
• Knowledge in scripting for automation (e.g., Python, Excel, PowerBI, …) is preferred.
• You are used to acting as a delivery interface between internal customer requirements (projects), engineers, and suppliers/ providers.
• Customer satisfaction and on-time delivery are your daily passion
• You worked in an ITIL-driven organization (CMDB, INC…) and used appropriate tools
• You have an independent/autonomous workstyle while being a team player as well
• You are a good communicator (fluent in verbal and written English) towards all kinds of stakeholders (internal customers and service management, IT department, and suppliers / external partners)
• You have experience in steering external providers, suppliers, and partners.
