An Operations Assistant is a professional who works with managers and staff to ensure administrative tasks are completed as needed in the organization—hiring an Operations Assistant for Abu Dhabi.
Operations Assistant responsibilities include scheduling appointments, organizing files, and distributing mail as required. Ultimately, you will work with department managers to ensure all administrative tasks are completed to keep the department running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Update logs and order forms
- Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Manager
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in administrative support functions.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with strong attention to detail.
- Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
