As Head of Production for Tassimo, you will lead and develop production teams in our Berlin factory.

• Responsibility for SHE requirements and legislation implementation, driving compliance to legal and corporate standards & policies
• Delivering manufacturing excellence within the area through engaged leadership and coaching
• Building an excellent and effective team
• Responsibility for area costs and area performance delivering the annual budget to ultimately delivering the long-term plan of the factory
• Delivering area KPIs in SHE, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Engagement
• Driving zero loss, defects and a 100% engagement culture by supporting a continuous improvement approach
• Supporting MOS (Manufacturing Operating System) rollout and further development with hands approach by coaching people on the shop floor
• Driving the plans to ensure that the area is continuously fit for the future including transformation, such as organizational effectiveness and evolution of technology and improvements

Qualifications

1. University degree (Bachelor) or higher in Engineering or another related field
2. At least 5 years of professional experience in an FMCG manufacturing managerial position
3. Min. of 2 years in a Leadership role with a strong focus on developing High Performing Organization
4. including the correct behaviour and effective organisational structures and processes
5. International and cross-functional exposure and collaboration
6. Experience in change management within the factory to improve organization performance,
7. including Safety and Quality
8. Strong understanding of budgeting with a good understanding of financial processes
9. Business fluent in English and ideally German
10. Profound knowledge and experience in Operational Excellence methodologies like TPM, Lean and 6 Sigma
