Job Description

Project architects utilize their experience and technical skills to promote a one-of-a-kind architectural design project with other designers and team designers, from concept planning to construction completion. As a creative team member, this position allows you to be involved in architectural projects that create trends in various industries.

• Managed and coordinated projects, clients and teams, including structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, private consultants, etc.
• Supporting communication between project teams, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, building and permitting personnel
• Projects Providing technical guidance and innovative solutions for solving design problems
• Site inspection during construction, processing of submitted documents, replacement request, implementation of RFI
• Management of project manuals and specifications

General Requirements

Skills

Required skills and personality:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in the architecture-related field
• 6 years or more work experience as an architect in building projects
• First-class architect or foreign architect qualification (LEED qualification is acceptable)
• Building standards Knowledge of laws, standards and building structures
• Basic technical understanding of architectural design, interior and furniture design
• Revit, Auto CAD, Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and MS Office. Practical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Those who are comfortable communicating in English and want to improve their English skills
