The Workshop
Our client based in Petersfield requires an experienced Project Coordinator to support a busy team on a full time, permanent basis – You will need your own transport to get to the office due to no public transport links.
These projects are construction and landscaping in nature and are large in scale so previous project administration will be an advantage.
As Project Coordinator you will be supporting the Project Managers and the delivery team.
Excellent organisation and communication skills will be key in this role.
Duties include
- Accurate recording of site data and information relating to projects
- Use of online maps and resources to contribute to projects
- Ensuring compliance to internal and external requirements relating to works
- Coordination of a range of resources required to complete works
- Ensuring seamless delivery and an excellent service to business clients.
Skills and Experience
- You must have exceptional attention to detail
- Previous project Coordination experience with use of online maps and portals
- Advanced knowledge and experience of MS Excel and MS Office
- Able to build good internal and external working relationships
- Be able to adapt to ever changing priorities and use initiative to problem solve
Working hours
- 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday.
Salary
Circa £28,000 – Depending on experience
