Job Description.
As a Project Manager, you will professionally lead several commercial projects representing Unispace while gaining the client’s confidence and trust during the full project lifecycle.
In this role, you will be site-based, carrying out full project management. You will be the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and senior management. You will create a program for each project to ensure everything runs on time and within budget.
Responsibilities.
- Ensuring projects meet financial targets.
- Ensuring a thorough understanding of project terms (contract) and Unispace 80/20 methodology.
- Executing project delivery strategy.
- Ensuring all monthly financial project reports are reviewed for accuracy and profitability.
- Managing client and supply chain vendors (project-specific stakeholders).
- Controlling documentation quality.
- Adhering to health and safety.
- Managing programs/ schedules.
- Effective client communication throughout the delivery phase.
- Leading the integration of disciplines (strategy, client relations, business development, marketing & communications, design, and project management) to enable the effective delivery of our
- Unispace 80/20 methodology within projects.
- Leading and developing a high-performing local project delivery team.
- Collaborating across disciplines, regions, and studios.
- Managing the performance of consultants.
- Contributing to the creation of a high-performing, innovative team environment.
- Effective internal communication throughout all phases of the project.
- Implementing Delivery best practices/standards, processes, and technology solutions within the studio to enhance the capability and effectiveness of the organization/team.
- Where relevant, identifying and reporting risk to the Principal, Delivery, and Regional Managing Director while operating in compliance with ethical practices.
- Project close out.
Requirements.
- You must be of graduate caliber and have a Construction and/or related Project management qualification (desired but not essential).
