Duties:

1. Track and drive Business Feature implementation from scratch up to release from a QA point of view;
2. Develop test plans, and partner with developers and product managers to ensure that tests will be automated correctly to cover new functionality
3. Work closely with every RnD and Product Management team member: Developers, DevOps, TechPub etc.
4. Review and validate implemented Test Cases
5. Involve functional system testing and exposure to non-functional  tests like UI with end-to-end testing.
6. Review, document, and verify any implementation deviations with requirements.
7. Root causes analysis for issues
8. Actively collaborate with the Operation team to improve end quality

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of testing concepts of Manual testing, E2E Testing, Functional testing, etc.
• Understanding of SDLC and the role of QA
• At least 2y experience in designing test strategies, end-to-end test scenarios and estimating test efforts
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, sociability, team player
• English skills at the upper-intermediate level
• A result-oriented and proactive person
• Ability to manage multiple test events and projects at a time

Technical background:

1. Basic network skills (TCP/IP stack, Routing, IPv4, Firewall)
2. Understanding how the web works (DNS, HTTP(S) protocols, HTML, DOM, XML)
3. Understanding of client/server technologies
4. Docker, Kubernetes basic knowledge
5. Troubleshooting OS and networking problems
6. Linux user skills (shell/scripts)
7. Databases (mysql, postgresql) basic knowledge

Nice to have:

• Domain knowledge in OSS/BSS/eCommerce
• Any engineering experience for a complex microservice solution based on Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP)
