Responsibilities
- Greet and professionally receive visitors and inquiries promptly dealt
- Track and follow up in/out of items related to office supplies, documents, and equipment
- Supervises office cleanliness, repair, and maintenance
- Perform periodic checks of equipment expiry dates (fire extinguishers, first aid box, etc.)
- Monitor office pantry, stationary, cleaning, and other related supplies
- Call Center support to ensure all incoming calls answered
- Updating internal databases with new hires and existing staffs information
- Assist in the hiring processes, such as coordinating medical fitness appointments, logistics, and health insurance applications
- Timely completion of orientation / onboarding documentation
- Relieves HR Assistant, assists in nurse licensing process, and supports in overall Human Resource admin and clerical works
- Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful situations
- Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within the designated time
- Communicates effectively to all departments, if to coordinate a work
- Accomplishes Human Resource Department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Performs general admin and clerical work when required
Requirements
- College Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in admin/clerical works
- Experience in healthcare is a plus point
- Communication skills are a must, both verbal and written
- Dependable concerning confidentiality and policies
- Great attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS Office/computer skills
- Positive attitude and organizational skills
