Job Description
A Sales Coordinator, or Outbound Sales Coordinator, oversees Sales Representatives’ performance and efficiency levels. Their primary duties include setting goals and quotas for sales teams, creating training schedules, and maintaining the inventory of sales presentation tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls, and emails;
- Assist in finding relevant clients and customers by collaborating with the company’s many teammates.
- Focus on customer retention by lowering churn rate, and amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company’s sales targets.
- Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
- Interact with the customer for product offering and brand awareness on time to time basis through meetings and calls.
- Understanding and promoting the company’s Products & Services as assigned.
Skills
- Knowledge of modern techniques and their implementation to boost sales activities.
- Adept at communicating with the in-house team, clients, and management through formal documentation and discussions.
- Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
- Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
- Portraying superb soft skills during customer interaction and seminars as per requirement.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with a team
- I have advanced selling and promotion skills
- Ability to follow up on invoices and statements
- Kuwaiti driving license
