Sales Executive / ManagerESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and drive the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting/ cold calling, presentation to clients, proposal writing, negotiations, closing opportunities, and post-sales follow-up
- Actively manage, drive and grow sales pipeline and activities to exceed sales budget.
- Provide sales report including sales pipeline and sales forecast
- Provide market analysis that leads to industry/territory/client expansion target
- Coordinate with internal operations, sales, marketing and key functional departments
- Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of key competitors

Required Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience
- Proven “sales hunter” success managing and driving the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting/cold calling, presentation to clients, proposal writing, negotiations, closing opportunities, and post-sales follow-up
- Experienced sales professional with a proven track record in cold call and direct sales
- Proven success in any of the industries to apply: Hotels, casinos, service apartments, commercial buildings, retail (fashion, watch & jewellery boutiques), shopping malls, car showrooms, fitness centres & gyms, telecom shops, cinemas, hospitals, medical & dental clinics, hair & beauty salons, and art galleries
- Preferably has current contacts with targeted clients
- Must have the drive to succeed and exceed sales quota
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast learner and able to work independently
- High proficiency in spoken and written Japanese
- Good in spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM tools (such as Salesforce.com, etc.)
