Job Description
Responsible for all sales activities for the charge account, formulating sales strategies, and building customer relationships while coordinating with each department within the company.
- Major car manufacturers or automotive ECU suppliers are our customers.Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customer technology departments is strongly required.
- Our customers include mass production and advanced development engineers, managers, and management. Business negotiations with decision-makers are especially important.
- Accurately grasp the status of the target development project, convince the customer’s decision maker of the merits of introducing our products from a qualitative and quantitative perspective, and win the order.
- Daily tasks include visiting users, forecasting sales, creating quotations, negotiating prices, signing contracts, processing orders, processing complaints, and collecting unpaid payments.
- Engineers will accompany you on product technology.
- Dedicated assistants provide side-by-side support for daily sales activities (estimate work, order entry, answering phones).

Required Skills
- More than 5 years of practical experience in sales, marketing, or engineering departments in electronic component development
- Experienced in the automotive industry
- Coordination ability to acquire projects with internal and external stakeholders
- High-touch sale experience
- Ability to communicate in English (TOEIC score of 700 or higher is a plus)
- We welcome those who can make proposal-type sales
- Microsoft PowerPoint Intermediate or higher (to create proposal work)

- Knowledge of measurement/calibration, AUTOSAR, or model-based development
- Experienced in strategic thinking from sales planning to execution
- Knowledge or experience in electronic control or embedded software.
Conditions
- Job Type: Permanent Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience ~ 9 million yen
- Work Hours: 9:00-18:00 Flex system available
- Holidays: 2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, 3 days of summer vacation, six days of New Year’s holiday, 1 day holiday on foundation day, paid vacation (20 days from 2nd year), etc.
Average Salary: ¥6,000,000
