Job Description
DuPont Mobility and Materials is looking for a Sales representative to propose a higher performance, higher added value, and lower environmental load of customers’ products through the application development of engineering plastics.ROLE DEFINITIONBusiness growth through customer management at focused ICE (Industrial, Consumer, and Electronics) or Automotive industry.Key Accountabilities
- Manage Key customers and SHOSHA for Engineering Plastic and Performance Materials.
- Develop account strategy and plan for own accounts that ensure attainment of sales goals and profitability.
- Initiate and coordinate the development of an action plan to penetrate target markets and create pipeline opportunities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Report to the manager promptly.
- Build strong customer relationships, get trust by customers, identify new business opportunities at target accounts, and drive application development.
Activities for job
- Develop account strategy and plan for own accounts
- Visit customers to promote our products leading Business Unit, Application Development and Marketing to create pipelines and follow up projects/complaint cases.
- Set up lead project meetings for own accounts.
- Attend sales meeting.
- Manage internal system for pipeline, forecast, pricing etc.
- Share necessary business information with other functions appropriately/timely.

- It manages major customers and trading companies in engineering plastics and performance materials.
- Creation of account strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and profitability
- Understand your target market and create and develop action plans to create pipeline opportunities.
- Formulate and implement a marketing plan as necessary.
- Expense management based on budget guidelines.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and the Code of Business Ethics.
- Make timely reports to managers.
- Build strong customer relationships, gain customer trust, identify new business opportunities in target accounts, and drive application development.

Skills
- College graduate or above
- Sales or related work experience in the electronics, chemical, or automotive industries
- Japanese
- Reading, writing, and oral communication skills in English
- PC skills (Microsoft Office, SFDC, etc.)
- Must be able to travel domestically.
