Job Description

Negotiate contract agreements for products and services.
Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential clients.
Handle breaches of contracts promptly.
Serve as the primary liaison with outside contracting representatives.
Develop and implement practical procurement proposals.
Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with laws.
Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.

Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering / Accounting/ Finance or Equivalent
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the Preparation and Management of Construction contracts and procurement for international bidding in infrastructure projects financed by Multilateral Development banks of equivalent organizations
Minimum 3 years experience as a procurement specialist.
