• Under the Regional Finance Director, you will lead the finance team in Japan and work closely with the senior management team to further grow the business.
• Responsible for reviewing trade accounting processes (AR, AP, GL), statutory reporting, controls, compliance, tax, etc.
• It will be a key driver in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and new market development in Japan.
• As a financial business partner to management, he will also work closely with other regional heads and leaders. You will also participate in strategic projects for business expansion.

Qualification requirements

• 8-10+ years of financial accounting experience.
• Experience with Big4, commercial exposure in the electronics/manufacturing industry
• Possess excellent financial modeling skills to drive financial analysis.
• Have the necessary communication skills for business partnering and be able to influence business people.
• A good team leader, practical, methodical, and self-reliant.

On duty

• Within the 23 wards of Tokyo

Salary

• 11 million yen – 13 million yen
