Description
We are recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our growing team responsible for leading the Legal Entity (LE) and Management Reporting Company (MRC) Process workstream under the SigniFi Finance Transformation program.
This role will report directly to the Senior Finance Manager and can be UK (Pinewood Campus) or EMEA based, though preference would be the UK. Caring for the world, one person at a time, has inspired and united the people of Johnson & Johnson for over 130 years.

In this high-profile global-facing role, you will support the Senior Finance Manager in crafting and deploying a strategy to simplify the current reporting structure to enable the business to view results based on management responsibility internally and externally for SEC and US Tax and local statutory reporting.
A good understanding of our J&J Operating Model from a financial and accounting processes point of view is required and ideally, you will have had exposure to accounting and data analytics in a previous or current role. Project experience is not crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the MRC to Country, Currency, and Sector (CCS) construct transition, simplifying current state complexities like currency and functional MRC structures.
- Leverage analytics to identify gaps/challenges in the current LE/MRC structure.
- Support timely execution of program results in alignment with Coordinated project plan for the LE/MRC workstream.
- Collaborate with other SigniFi teams globally to provide insightful analytics in developing and bringing forward recommendations to the leadership team on delivering interim and end-state design.
- Work closely with internal cross-functional partners to support continuous improvement and corrective actions in instances of process breakdowns.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
- Fully qualified accountant or an international qualified accountant equivalent
Experience And Skills:
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or related business experience is required.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is required.
- The ability to independently build V-Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macro, etc., in MS Excel is required.
- Must possess the drive to partner with associates at all levels of the organization and have strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Able to work independently and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Maintaining and improving consistent and sound business processes in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment is required.
- The ability to travel domestically and/or internationally up to 10% of the time may be required.
- Experience of working in a sophisticated, multi-ERP / system environment is preferred.
- A strong understanding of standard methodologies in Accounting and Financial Systems, including SAP, is preferred.
