Senior Warehouse Supervisor Dublin

We are currently recruiting a full-time, permanent Warehouse Supervisor to join us at our site in Dublin on behalf of our customer, Ikea, for their last-mile operation. You will work 48 hours per week on a 4-on-4 off-shift pattern.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Organize your team to efficiently and safely perform all tasks
• Accurately and safely, load and unload vehicles with customer orders
• Working with manual handling equipment in a fast-paced environment, including FLT, LLOP & PPT trucks
• Hygiene tasks as well as any other warehouse duties that are required
• Always treat warehouse and team safety with paramount importance

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• FLT licenses are desirable but not essential
• Proven previous Team Leader experience
• Be flexible regarding shift patterns and overtime
• Skills to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
