About the Vacancy
We are seeking to recruit a Teacher Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting various educational activities within our organisation. The Teacher Assistant will be tasked with assisting in the implementation of educational activities, fostering positive student-teacher relationships, aiding in instructional actions, and contributing to the overall academic growth and development of our students.
The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate a solid understanding of educational best practices, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to collaborate effectively with students and teaching staff.
About the Requirements
- Working under the class teacher’s supervision to deliver learning programs to individuals and groups of pupils
- Encouraging pupil interaction and participation in teacher-led activities
- Supporting the social and emotional development of pupils, reporting any issues when required
- Carrying out administrative duties, such as preparing the classroom and clearing away after class to ensure effective teaching can take place
- Helping with extra curricular activities
- Providing clerical support, such as photocopying and filing
- Undertaking additional duties as required by the Head Teacher
About the Qualifications
- Excellent command of English Language
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
