Technology Risk Manager/ Senior Manager (5 years of experience +)

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to discover, assess and report on new and existing risk matters
• effective Design controls and systematic monitoring of risks
• Perform risk & control assessments on IT processes to articulate and explain the risk to management and propose mitigating controls to reduce the risk
• Design and implement the technology risk management framework, policies, methodology and tools
• Ensure that an effective technology risk management reporting process is in place, enabling timely escalation of severe incidents
• Manage Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management
• Conduct due diligence about new products/ services and outsourced activities

Requirements:

• At least 5 years or above of technology risk management-related experience working in a Financial Institution. Experience in a digital asset/crypto firm is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline required.
• Sound knowledge of risk management and relevant regulatory requirements
• Professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, and CICSP preferred
• Experience and knowledge in regulations and industry standards, including MAS, HKMA, SFC, ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2, is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills • Strong passion in the crypto space • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Problem-solving solid ability; analytical and critical thinking
