About The Role
In this temporary role, you’ll join a retail brand for 8-12 weeks or so, while they are on the hunt for their permanent employee. Who knows, that could even be you! This brand does lots of email marketing campaigns using Salesforce, and your role is to build the emails (most of which already have the templates ready), segment the audience, and execute the campaigns. You’ll also collaborate with the media agency to ensure that the campaign assets align with those being used in other channels.
- A digital marketing role focused on email marketing and campaign management.
- Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to set up eDMs, oversee customer journeys, and personalise your campaigns.
- Carry out in-depth reporting and insights on campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Datorama.
- Use your HTML experience to create visually appealing emails with images, colours, fonts, and layouts that match the brand identity, and to improve tracking and analytics.
- Work with external media and marketing agencies.

Skills & Experience
You’ll be ready to start soon and will bring proven skills in digital marketing to the table, with a solid foundation in email marketing. Any marketing automation knowledge would also be useful.
- Proficient in email marketing campaigns, customer journeys and reporting.
- Experience in working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Skilled in utilising tools like Google Analytics 4 and Datorama for in-depth reporting and insights.
- HTML experience with strong analytical skills.
- Multi-tasking skills, with an appreciation for deadlines, accuracy, and attention to detail.
