We are currently hiring a Tour Coordinator!
Bohemia Adventures seeks a dynamic, precise, and detail-oriented individual with demonstrated coordinating experience to help organize and run day tours for English-speaking guests to Bohemian and Saxon Switzerland National Park — and ensure participants have the best possible experience. The Tour Coordinator reports to the Office Manager and Executive Director and works closely with Tour Guides and other staff in a collaborative environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service for our English-speaking clients both spoken and written form
- Respond effectively to new tour requests including planning private and tailor-made tours
- Assisting with the creation of itineraries for team buildings and Private Tours
- Proactive Support for existing clients and responding to additional requests
- Operations and Tour Calendar Management
- Preparing morning pickups for clients and sending accompanying emails daily
- Serves as a floor manager to the Tours Guides Team during day-to-day operations
- Participate in and/or hold meetings as needed with team members and staff
- Ensure tour programs run smoothly, on time, and with a high level of detail
- Responsibility for payment transactions within tours and their regular checks
- Manages tour accounting program for Tour Guides including the processing of weekly and monthly reports
- Responsibility for the vehicle fleet – assigning company vans to guides, dealing with regular and exceptional services, ordering extra vehicles from the rental company
- Work with the team on improving flow, efficiencies, and general operations of the Coordinator Center and Tour Activities
- Manages incoming Bohemian Homes reservations daily and Bohemian Homes calendar on a regular basis
- Support the team leader in project activities including marketing, product management, and HR activities
- Ability to recognize and manage last minutes bookings, solving complications during tours
- Flexible Working hours with a break in the afternoon from 7:30am – 12:30pm and 5 pm – 8 pm with possible overtime as needed during the busiest season in summer.
- Work from home 5 days/week including public holidays + two weekends a month
- Fluent in Czech and English. Other languages are very welcome!

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in customer service (international company)
- 1+ years experience in leadership or management
- 2+ years experience in the travel or tourism industry
- Lives and stays in Czech Republic (REMOTE but we need you to work within CZ)
- Ability to work in an organized, detail-oriented manner
- Ability to start as soon as possible but April 2024 latest
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-task environment and under time constraints and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent Knowledge of personal computer software applications including Word, Excel, and Google Drive, Outlook etc.
- Valid Driver’s License

Location
Bohemia Adventures is offering a fully remote working environment and expects to maintain options for flexible schedules and remote work into the future. BA base is located in Prague and this position requires the ability to meet once in a while upon agreement in Prague or another location too.
