Mercer’s Digital Solutions practice team is seeking a Workday Certified Consultant in Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning and/or Recruiting in any Canadian location where Mercer operates.

Other tasks

  1. Lead Workday Talent Optimization implementations with Medium and Large Enterprise clients
  2. Lead design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions
  3. Actively lead all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases, through testing and deployment
  4. Translate business requirements into Talent configuration
  5. Provide guidance and direction to clients during various testing cycles of prototypes
  6. Mentor/coach new and less-experienced consultants
  7. Continue to learn and develop as a consultant and Workday practitioner and share your knowledge with the team.

Qualifications

  1. Workday Talent Certification
  2. Hands-on experience on multiple Workday Talent implementations
  3. 3+ years of functional Workday implementation experience as a certified consultant with a Workday partner
  4. Ability to successfully participate in client-facing situations
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  7. Workday Certified in Advanced Compensation, Talent, Learning and/or Recruiting is a plus
