Job description

• Assist in KYC and client onboarding-related compliance checks and monitoring
• Help perform Anti-Money Laundering checks using vendor system tools for overnight screening.
• Assist in handling any other work as required for the operation of the Firm’s businesses conducted from Hong Kong and elsewhere
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time

Knowledge

• Prior experience in KYC and AML in the financial services industry will be an advantage.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese and fluency in Mandarin are advantages.
• Strong PC skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork-oriented
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Hardworking, energetic, pleasant and presentable
• Able to work under pressure and long hours in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Demonstrate initiative, integrity, efficiency and forward-thinking capability
• Ensure business confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year undergraduate or above

Average Salary: HK$ Negotiable
