• Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, Hiring Managers interactions, and other recruitment activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
• Foster effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed and providing feedback in a timely matter.
• Actively participate in team development and accomplishing department goals and objectives
• Back up subject matter expert for the applicant tracking system, partnering with the Recruitment Associate.
• Support additional projects and strategies within the area of full-cycle recruitment or as assigned.
Requirements.
• University Degree or three (3) year college Diploma with a preference for specialization in Human Resource Management.
• three years’ experience with full-cycle recruitment. Corporate and agency recruitment experience is strongly preferred (with an emphasis on corporate environments).
• three years’ experience executing full-cycle recruitment and sourcing methodology to identify suitable talent.
• two years of experience and proficiency in using all Microsoft office applications and an Applicant Tracking System.
• CHRP designation (obtained or in progress) is considered an asset.
• Able to acquire and retain a Transportation Security Clearance.

Responsibilities.
• ensure accuracy of all weight and balance requirements.
• promptly handle all customer service complaints with a focus on a positive resolution.
• complete all check-in procedures, including handling reservations, ticketing, seat assignments, airport announcements, and checking for proper international documentation.
• assist customers with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
• when operating jetways, Passenger Service Agents will be required to work at heights of over 15 feet and be responsible for opening/closing aircraft doors.
• must be able to read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material identification labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage and cargo routing tags.
• ensure safe and secure operations in accordance with the highest possible standards.
• ensure tasks are performed in accordance with the company and airline-specific procedures and policies.
• required to attend the mandatory training imposed by the company and airline as per job role.
• must be able to comfortably and continuously move/lift customer luggage with an average weight of 50 pounds, sometimes exceeding 70 pounds.
