- Complete all required training before working in the position, including Blood Borne Pathogen and Child Abuse Prevention
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications within 30 days of hire date
- Previous experience with diverse populations preferred

The Village of Sussex is hiring several seasonal park employees to work 32 – 40 hours per week for the summer.
Duties include but are not limited to, mowing, trimming, weeding, cleaning park restrooms, athletic field prep, painting, mulching, garbage removal, event set-up/take-down, special event staffing (particularly for the 4th of July) and assistance with a variety of park projects.
Weekend work will be required on a rotating basis.
