Senior Arabic Writer and Content Creator

The Senior Arabic Writer and Content Creator will be responsible for conveying the organization’s external messages and promoting awareness through written and translated content.

Responsibilities

• Creating and/or editing Arabic content to be used across Agility’s online and offline marketing channels, including Agility’s website, social media accounts, video script writing, marketing collateral, advertisements presentations, events, speech writing, and more.
• Taking the lead on formal communications with public sector audiences, including embassies, chambers of commerce, and government bodies.
• Working with commercial teams of various Agility businesses to draft compelling proposals, sales pitches and presentations in Arabic
• Working closely with Agility’s global marketing team to ensure that marketing, PR, and social media campaigns executed in Kuwait and the Middle East have local relevance and context.
• Writing and editing op-eds, feature stories, press releases, event summaries, and news articles about Agility’s activities in Arabic.
• Independently researching and drafting opinion pieces, editorial commentary, and blogs on relevant topics of interest to Agility, including but not limited to economic growth prospects, global trade, sustainability, digital trends, small business empowerment, and more.
• Website copywriting, including developing Arabic content for search engine optimization (SEO) purposes
• Creating content for social media, including video content in Arabic, via tools like Canva or other
• Editing content produced by other team members and ensuring that messaging is aligned in English and Arabic across all Agility platforms.
• Working with senior management on events, including coordinating Agility’s presences and speech writing.
• Collaborating with co-workers to develop fresh, creative content ideas to support Agility’s campaigns and content plans.
