About this opportunity

Welcome to Data, Digital Sales & Engagement in Personal Banking Finland! We form a strong community of experts with passion to make banking smooth and easy to our customers in our digital channels. We are responsible for engaging with customers across the full digital customer journey from external paid channels to our own channels (website and in app) as well as through personalized in app messages, emails and lead generation to physical channels.

 

Our website Nordea.fi as well as the in app online store within the mobile and netbank are the most crucial digital sales and communication platforms towards our customers. To deliver the best-in-class omni-channel banking experience with innovative and smart content, we would love to hear from you who have true passion for creating and maintaining user-friendly content to serve our different customer groups and curiosity for learning more about banking every day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily omni-channel content and site management for website and mobile and netbank, including creating, editing, optimising and publishing to ensure great customer experiences
  • SEO optimisation and constant development of our content on our websites and our logged-in channels
  • Sharing knowledge and best practice of the above to colleagues and stakeholders
  • Work closely with various colleagues in brainstorming ideas, creating concepts, and telling our story by writing, editing, and optimizing copy for our customers and prospects

You will become a trusted member in a data-driven team focused on performance and committed to maximizing returns on online investments and elevating customer experience. This position will be based in Helsinki.

Your experience and background: 

  • Digital copywriting and content creation skills in Finnish, meaning: you are a great writer, you understand how customers respond to copy, images and visual communication. You know how to make them convert – to get what they need
  • Vast knowledge of how to work with different customer segments and to identify customer journeys and personas to create consistent content across the funnel. You love to create communication that starts with the customer needs, and take it from there
  • Well experienced with growth and data driven mindset – you are used to work in an iterative way, and to drive a hypothesis based agenda to test and improve the conversion rates and the customer journeys for our customers
  • Knowledge of how to adapt and create great content based on search engine optimisation (SEO) principles, and like to collaborate with specialists in order to increase organic traffic to our website
  • Experience from working agile within the field of digital content
  • It is an advantage if you are experienced in using our main tools: Tridion, Adobe Analytics and Siteimprove
  • Basic knowledge in Photoshop, to choose, edit and improve images and to have a good feeling for the overall visual content in order to create a consistent experience
