Job Description

The Company is looking for a high-caliber professional to join our Finance Department as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines;
• At least 10 years of relevant experience with 3 years at the managerial level;
• Registered Member of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred;
• Working experience from sizable company/ regional/ financial service exposure will be an advantage;
• Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers;
• Proficiency in financial analysis;
• Able to collaborate with multiple business units/stakeholders, work under pressure with strong multitasking skills;
• Excellent coordination, supervisory, and management skills;
• Good communication and sound analytical skills;
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly performance and support the pre-close process together with the Financial Reporting team;
• Prepare financial analysis and KPIs in terms of cost, revenue, and margin; Prepare financial results and variances analysis to identify risks and business opportunities;
• As critical financial contact between the Group and HK, closely interact with the business and provide support on financial matters, including the understanding of how the business performed, identifying business KPIs, managing functional expenses and operations (e.g., staff movements, productivity drivers), etc. ;
• Perform Annual Budget Plan and Rolling Forecast;
• Support the HK in standardizing management accounting and financial initiatives (e.g., system implementation, design of cost structure);
• Enhance forecasting methods to improve accuracy, system functionality, and spreadsheet usage;
• Support the HK in any Ad hoc assignments.

Average Salary: HK$714,607
