Job Description
The Company’s client is a leading global engineering company and innovator of performance-improving technical solutions, integrated systems design, and consulting services for customers in the metals industry. They have 4 factories in China and are headquartered in Shenzhen.
Job Description
- Overall responsible for all 4 factories in China and report to the CEO
- Develop a long-term and short-term strategy to improve business growth
- Responsible for Profit and Loss of the factories
- Ensure fulfillment of customer requirements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery
- Review organization structure and resource planning
- Setting operation targets and objectives based on the business plan
- Ensure effective communication in the organization
- Lead and motivate employees to achieve goals and objectives
- Continuously review and monitor the effectiveness of the business operation
- Development and supervision of subordinates and delegation
- Establish performance indicators and evaluate staff performance
- Local authority relationship management
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor or above degree in engineering or related subject
- Over 18 years of working experience in a multinational manufacturing company, experience in the material industry is highly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
- Knowledge and experiences of full P&L management
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Strategic thinking and planning
- High integrity, high energy, and self-motivator
- Fluent Chinese and English
