Position: Planning Supervisor Guadalajara

Job Mission: Will be responsible for planning and optimizing the necessary resources in the center, based on the volumes foreseen in the different divisions and activities, in order to ensure compliance with the daily and short- and medium-term operational objectives.

Responsibilities/Functions:

1. Together with the Site Manager, he will work on the sizing and planning of the necessary resources in the short and medium term, according to the volume forecasts of the different divisions, ensuring their optimization and compliance with the operational objectives.
2. Planning of the incorporations with those responsible for the CRF and programming of training activities and Operational induction
3. Make daily adjustments in the planning of resources and activities to cover the operational needs of each of the divisions
4. Control of daily productivity to control deviations that may occur to detect incidents for decision-making.
5. Preparation and monitoring of action plans to improve incidents detected
6. Prepare contingency plans in the face of possible peaks of activity

Profile Required:

• Bring more than 3 years of experience leading operations teams in industrial environments
• High analytical, planning and management capacity
• High capacity for influence and assertiveness
• High level of English, spoken and written
