job summary
- To train, organize and supervise a team of maintenance and groundskeeping staff.
- Report property maintenance issues to colleagues and proactively drive the process to ensure that the issue is repaired and resolved professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties managed by the H2 Group to achieve the highest level of professional property management.
- Perform essential maintenance and repairs (change light bulbs, check boiler settings, etc.)
- Arrange for a contractor for other, more specialized repairs.
The RoleAs, the leading property manager of luxury accommodations in the Hirafu area, our Asset Management division, has an extensive list of properties that require meticulous attention and care. Applicants will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure managed properties are kept in good condition throughout winter and summer to retain property value and rentability.
Key Responsibilities
- Training, organizing, and supervising a small team of maintenance and groundskeeping staff.
- Reporting property maintenance issues to colleagues and driving the process ensures the issues are repaired and resolved professionally.
- Regular inspections of properties under H2 Group management to ensure the highest levels of professional property management.
- Performing essential maintenance and repair activities (changing light bulbs, checking boiler settings, etc.).
- Organizing 3rd-party suppliers to complete other, more technical, repairs.

- Basic property maintenance knowledge and experience.
- Preferably to have experience in supervising a small staff.
- Technical skills such as carpentry or plumbing are desirable but not required.
- Since this job involves a lot of outdoor work, we are looking for someone who likes to move and use their hands during the day. People who enjoy working outside.
- Able to use tablet devices and smartphones.

- Ordinary car driver’s license or international license holder
Recruitment contents
- Salary: 300,000 yen to 420,000 yen (monthly salary), depending on experience
- Bonus system – results based on personal and business performance
- Uniforms and work clothes are provided.

- When moving from another city, an employee relocation allowance may be paid.

- A Japanese Driving License or International Driving License is required.
