This involves developing and managing needs-based solutions covering foreign exchange, deposit, investment, insurance and financing products, as well as the provision of suitable market insights and updates, financial planning and advisory services.We seek a high-calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Business Development Manager.Principal Responsibilities
- Station in Personal Retail branch, provide professional Mandatory Provident Fund services to clients.
- Understand and provide excellent customer service, enabling customers to enjoy the full benefits of our Mandatory Provident Funds and Employee Benefits products
- Build an excellent business network with business partners, build relationships and demonstrate strong market expertise
- Be involved in any Adhoc business programs and activities
- Complete business fulfilment process as appropriate
- Maximize customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, providing information about products and services that suit and fulfil customers’ needs
- Establish good rapport and maintain relationships with customers, handling enquiries, resolving customer problems or complaints and follow up with customer’s applications
- Assist team manager by providing support to new joiners & teammates to accomplish team and department objectives
- Participate in business activities
Requirements
- University degree holder or equivalent with sound experience
- Qualified with Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination qualification
- Passed the HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1,7 & 8
- Solid, relevant experience in banking or customer service
- Good understanding of the Mandatory Provident Funds or Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance business and up-to-date product knowledge
- Highly motivated, positive attitude and accountable
- Team player with a self-motivated mindset and genuine interest in the banking or pensions industry
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Candidates with less experience might be considered for Senior Business Development Executive.
Average Salary: HK$259,800
