Responsibilities

1. You enhance the digital customer experience by creating engaging and effective digital journeys for customers and prospects, supporting sales objectives in line with our growth focus.
2. You drive global marketing campaigns to extend Symrise’s presence, further increasing our digital presence and effectiveness for sales conversion.
3. You drive and own the global digital communication agenda for food and beverage incl. coordinating with social media channel owners (regions and corporate communication)
4. You inspire marketing teams to build marketing automation campaigns and further engage digitally with customers and data-driven marketing. You support marketing teams to deliver their business plans leveraging digital tools (SMC, LinkedIn, etc). You are the key conduit for Taste, Nutrition, and health marketing for the corporate customer experience team.
