Job Description

Senior Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer’s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. This role will be key to understanding the documenting capabilities needed to address business challenges.

Requirements

• At least 3-6 years of experiences as Business Analyst, ideally in FS or insurance industry
• Good understanding with technology team or the business side
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders based on a good understanding of the business Objectives and Key Outcomes and the services they require to meet thos
• Experience working in Agile, or knowledge of the key principles of the methodology

Duties

• Clarify business requirements and stakeholder delivery expectations with Business Owner
• Write up business requirement documents or user story with inputs from Business Owner to articulate business requirements.
• Support Digital Product Owners in the creation and prioritisation of the backlog for specific (multiple) digital solution(s) by working closely with business owners
• Coordinate delivery by participating in design reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions.

Average Salary: HK$60,000
