As part of the renewal team, you will be responsible for the renewal of customer maintenance contracts in the Japan region. Providing quotes directly to customers and/or their assigned channel partners.Client DetailsOur client is a major IT software vendor that operates globally. They have around 50 people in Japan.Description
- Responsible for the renewal of customer maintenance contracts in the Japan region. Providing quotes directly to customers and/or their assigned channel partners.
- Responsible for up-selling customers and identifying opportunities.
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations preparing quotations.
- Handles customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, co-terming, up-selling and reinstatement of maintenance contracts.
